We curate a diverse collection for every garden and home. From majestic Feature Trees and elegant Roses to delicate Cottage Perennials and resilient Succulents, our range includes Annuals, Natives, Climbers, Fruits & Vegetables, and more. Each plant is selected for its health, beauty, and story.
🌱 Are your plants suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our collections cater to all levels of plant parenthood. We provide detailed care cards with every order. For beginners, we recommend starting with our hardy Succulents & Cacti, Indoor Houseplants, or easy-going Cottage Perennials.

🚚 Delivery & Shipping

🌱 How long will my order take to process and arrive?
  • Processing: 1-2 business days. We lovingly prepare and pack each plant.
  • Express Green Delivery (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after dispatch. Flat rate of $12.95 AUD. Ideal for Feature Trees, Roses, or urgent gifts.
  • Eco-Conscious Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 business days after dispatch. Free on orders over $50 AUD. Perfect for patient plant lovers and larger orders.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your plant begins its journey.
🌱 Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship globally with care! However, due to complex biosecurity regulations, we currently cannot deliver to parts of Asia and some remote locations. Your cart will automatically update if your address is outside our serviceable area. For specific regional queries, please contact us.
🌱 How are plants packaged for delivery?
Every plant is hand-packed by our green-thumbed experts using specialised, plant-safe packaging. This includes appropriate insulation, moisture control, and secure anchoring to ensure your green companion arrives in vibrant health, ready to thrive.

🌱 What is your Live Delivery Guarantee?
We stand by the health of our plants. If your plant doesn’t arrive in the healthy condition you expect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.
🌱 What is your returns policy?
Your satisfaction is our root. We offer a 15-day returns window from the date of delivery. Contact our customer care team at [email protected] with your order details, and we’ll guide you through a simple process for a replacement, store credit, or refund.
🌱 What should I do when my plant arrives?
Gently unpack your new friend, give it a light water, and allow it to acclimatise to its new environment. Please refer to the detailed care card included with your order for specific instructions to help it settle in and flourish.
